At Omnix Golf, we aim to make your shopping experience simple, transparent, and worry-free.
📦 Shipping
Orders are processed as quickly as possible after purchase. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we are unable to modify orders once they have been shipped.
🔄 Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be:

With all original tags attached

In original packaging

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
How to Start a Return

If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions.
Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from your refund, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Late Returns (After 30 Days)
Return requests made after 30 days from delivery may be accepted at our discretion.
If approved, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover inspection, handling, and restocking costs.
Late returns must meet the same eligibility requirements as standard returns.
Restocking fees do not apply to defective or damaged items.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately and we’ll take care of it.
Non-Returnable Items

🔁 Exchanges
To receive your preferred item as quickly as possible, we recommend placing a new order first to secure availability.
Once your new order is placed, simply initiate a return for the original item in accordance with our Return Policy. After we receive and approve the return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
This approach ensures faster processing and helps prevent popular or limited items from selling out.

💸 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be automatically issued to your original payment method.
Please note that banks and credit card providers may take additional time to process and post the refund.

All items come with a 6-month quality guarantee, covering manufacturing defects and workmanship issues under normal use.
Our products are designed to last for years under regular wear and tear.
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect — we’ll make it right.
This guarantee does not cover normal wear, misuse, or accidental damage.
